Zen-cart-power.net offers software development services to its customers. Software projects initiated with Zen-cart-power.net follow the contract as signed by the customers during the start of the project.
A dispute related to purchase of services may be resolved by the issuance of a Refund. Requests for a Refund must be made within 30 days after payment in writing to Zen-cart-power.net and received within 10 business days after closing of a project. Before a Refund is issued, purchasers will have to affirm in writing that they have destroyed all the source code submitted by Zen-cart-power.net, have not saved the source code in any file format or in any electronic or print media, have not used the source code for any website and have not given the source code in any way and in any format to anybody. This is subject to all vendor copyright laws.
No refunds of purchases will be offered under any circumstances, unless there is evidence of a failure in the technology relating to the credit card payment system. Refunds for the templates purchased from zen-cart-power.net can only occur in the cases of incorrect functionality that can be shown or compared on the template DEMO page (http://demo.zen-cart-power.net) and does not cover DEMO images. It remains the sole discretion of Zen-cart-power.net to determine if the failure warrants a refund.
Any abuses of this Policy as determined at the sole discretion of Zen-cart-power.net may lead to a denial of a Refund.
