1. After the install service has been requested an automated email will be sent to you asking a few questions so that we can gain access to your web hosting account.
2. Our developers will then login to the hosting account to make sure it meets our requirements. If not, it will be advised on something that should be done additionally to make it compatible, if possible.
3. Once it is OK and the hosting platform is suitable, the developer will upload the files and run the installation script to configure the store and build the database tables.
4. After the software has been installed the developer will reply back to your email.
It is important to note that after the install has been completed it is up to the store owner to populate the stores inventory and configure any taxes, shipping or payment methods required.
