Because this Program is free of charge, there is no warranty for the Program. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Program is with You ("Customer"). Should the Program prove defective, Customer assumes the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
Customer must cause any work that Customer distribute or publish, that in whole or in part contains or is derived from the Program or any part thereof, to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third parties. To distribute Programs created, designed or powered by Zen-cart-power.net a reference to Zen Cart templates should be attached to the Program and to the site page where the Program or its contents are placed.
Free templates provided by Zen-cart-power.net and used for Zen Cart stores must include a bottom link to Zen Cart templates. The bottom link can be removed only if the Brand free option is purchased - see the Brand Free Option detailed page.
Zen-cart-power.net does not provide any free of charge support for the Program installation, maintaining, consulting and other services related to the Program.
Customer agrees and accepts that Program will not be used for any illegal purposes. The Program must not be used to publish, post, distribute or otherwise disseminate unlawful material or information including, but not limited to: threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, adult containing (any kind), or fraudulent information and materials, or proprietary, copyrighted, or otherwise intellectually protected information and materials for which Customer does not have authorization or authority to possess or distribute. The service must not be used to request unlawful services or materials.
